I had an excellent experience working with Justin, the General Manager. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to all of my car needs. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure everything was handled with care. Justin went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and his dedication to great customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with Justin to anyone looking for outstanding service.

We did not resolve my issue because the repair price wasn't worth keeping the car-- but they were great about communicating intent, issues, and doing the leg work to communicate resolutions.

Most importantly, the pricing was fair and transparent—very different from the exorbitant quote I received from the local dealership. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward approach. I used to take my car at Toyota dealers before, but they became really expensive for me. I was looking for a cheaper alternative with the same level of service and then I found this.
Took my car for oil change and brake pad and rotor change, they were very transparent on quotes for labor and parts and for each job. Got my brakes fixed for 30-45% less price compared to Toyota dealers. I will definitely come back here again for future services.

Brennan on the team greeted me upon arrival, reviewed service costs, and kept me up to date with any needs and progress throughout the work done with my car from start to finish. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and comfortable. When asked, Brennan was willing to explain anything about my car that I had questions about and my time with them did not feel rushed at all. At the same time, I felt like I was in and out of there quickly and efficiently for what I came in for. These guys are truly the best. I had an issue with my shifter and check engine light, and I visited two other places before this. They charged me quite a bit but couldn’t fix the problem, saying they didn’t have the right equipment to diagnose it.
